1930's Cobalt Blue w/Pastel Tulips Plate by Maling Newcastle, Engl, Cat Rescue

1930's Bright Pastel Tulips in red, yellow, purple etc all on a nice cobalt blue background. The back of the plate is fully marked, Mailing, Newcastle on Tyne, England, Estd, 1762 in black. The plate appears to be hand-painted as you can see some of the cobalt blue bleeding over to the back of the plate. It is also numbered in writing 6064A.
Just a gorgeous plate but it does have crazing which is mainly found on the white on the back of the plate. There are also some pin point areas where the paint did not take when it was made on the front of the plate. We did not see or feel any cracks or chips on this lovely plate.
Measures about 11 1/8" wide.
