    Description

    This is such a lovely item and the colors are vibrant.. This 11 1/8 inch diameter plate depicts a windmill and flowers. It is in great condition but on the under rim I see two tiny glaze omissions and I don't know if it is a tiny chip or a tiny glaze omission in two spots next to each other.
