    In Original Presentation Case
    This has been used.  The ink was dried up in the pen, so I bought you a new refill with black ink.
    Flaw noted:  Pen has matching light dent or crease on both sides of metal, just below center of shaft, like it was shut in a drawer when closing it or something.
